LDA Electric Single Beam Bridge Cranes suitable for working less frequent mechanical manufacturing, assembly, warehouses and other places. It consists of four parts: electric hoist, main beam, end beam device and electric control system. The hoisting and running mechanism of the trolley is electric hoist, and the running track is 30 # special I-beam. There are two types of crane operation modes: ground control and wireless remote control. Ground control is divided into two types: follow-up and non-following. The crane is powered by a sliding contact line.
The crane consists of electric hoist, main beam, end beam device and electric control system. The main beam has a box-shaped solid web beam formed by a "U" beam which is pressed by steel plates or a profile beam and an I-beam. The end beam is a box beam made by stamping into a "U" beam, and the lower flange is welded with steel plates. On the premise of ensuring strength, stiffness and stability, it has the advantages of small size and beautiful appearance. The main and end beams adopt a split structure and are bolted for easy storage, transportation and installation.
The lifting, lowering and lateral movement of the hanging objects are completed by electric hoists hanging on the main beam. There are two types of hoist: CDI (single speed) and MD (double speed), which can be purchased by customer.
