Our arc gear pump adopts a tooth profile formed by the combination of double arcs and sine curves, which can replace the helical gear pump. This series of arc gear pumps mainly consist of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, and the full bypass pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted separately within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, please note that this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation. It can be installed separately in the pipeline when needed.
